What we do
Scope of operations
With our inspection and maintenance services we cover the geographic area of the northern Dutch ports from IJmuiden to Delfzijl, as well the German ports up to Büsum. Other ports may apply upon consultation.
We can provide a yearly visual inspection onsite and periodic inspection and testing inhouse.
We perform our fender operations in close collaboration with Baru Services BV. Baru is a specialist in rubber technology and is a stockholding representative of a.o. Yokohama pneumatic fenders.
Inspection onsite
Our inspection and maintenance services include visual inspection onsite. This inspection includes the chain net and connection points, the tires, the pressure and a hull inspection with hardness measurement. Also mooring ropes can be inspected, maintained or replaced.
Inspection and testing inhouse
Extensive periodic inspection and testing is executed inhouse. Testing the safety valves requires specific equipment and duration tests. This needs to be executed in our workshops.
Maintenance and repairs
Minor onsite maintenance and repairs can be performed in consultation with the client, providing required equipment is available. Major repairs need to be done inhouse and can include re-netting, rubber repairs and safety valve overhaul.
